Movement generally does return to the face but some clinical findings remain. Will the condition wear off, or is it chronic or permanent?
I think it wore off after 5 days for the 4 others that had it from the vaccine.

Eye doctor here, Bell’s palsy can have full recovery but is not always FULLY recovered. Movement generally does return to the face but some clinical findings remain. Common to see permanent ptosis (sagging of the lid, or brow ) or facial asymmetry.
