Sugar.

History is going to look back on our current dietary norms with horror.

Doctors are having to start treating elementary school children for type 2 diabetes. Really terrible stuff.

Seed oils are a big part of it too. We replaced perfectly healthy, perfectly natural saturated animal fats with oils that have to be chemically extracted from corn, soybeans, and cottonseeds, all on the basis of junk science that just seeks to push the cheapest, most profitable garbage down everyone's throats.

Yup both sugar and polyunsaturated fats are absolute trash, complex carbs (cereals) also qualify as empty calories nonsense that destroy metabolisms like nothing else.

T3 is the magic pill that the medical community is dead scared of. It’s funny.
