A massive number of people deliberately haven't been working because they got far more unemployment kickbacks than a job would pay them. All of the "essential workers" I know who worked through the pandemic are also pissed.
I got fucked over and didn't get any because I apparently made too much last year.
A friend got fucked over because he's a business-owner, and not eligible.
Another hasn't been able to get a single stimulus check, and doesn't know why.
Stimulus checks do absolutely nothing for the economy; it's like giving everyone a high-interest loan, while everyone continues to produce nothing. If no one produces anything, all the money in the world is only worth the nothing that nobody is producing.
All it is and ever was meant to be is another battle in the war to destroy the middle class while also redistributing that wealth to lower class and ultra rich. The only ones actually feeling the pain and losing their homes/mortgages that they actually owned, is the middle class aka the slave class.

I'd agree, and phrase that as "something against the economy."
Well you can also phrase it as . "It does something for the economy. IT FUCKS IT. " The economy is meant to reward GOOD DECISIONS and those that work.
I bet race is the common factor for those getting fucked over.
