Maybe, but (knowing youtube) I can reasonably suggest some or maybe all of these were squelched before you would even have time to download the thing. You could give it a shot, though. It should be pretty easy to combine a downloader script with a notification script.
I betcha there's some FCC or other regulation that has been neglected or never enforced from the Cold War Era, that makes it illegal/fine to censor a communication from the President.
If it's not already illegal, it should be illegal. It is, at the very least, election interference. Add some foreign incentives and it becomes treason. However, as you're probably already aware, most of the message here would regard those who have placated us through endless, fruitless Senate talks and the LACK of enforcement by the appropriate departments.

I really hope we're able to salvage things like Youtube as (I don't know) national infrastructure or something because the content on those servers is of incalculable value to Americans and it really has not been replaced on other services. The service type has been replaced; the library of content has not been replaced. While the stupidity published on youtube gets all the public attention, their server farms contain, for example, step-by-step video guides to performing every imaginable process. It's a damn shame the service has been perverted and misused as a propaganda instrument by its later owner.
