That, wearing a mask, is EXACTLY why the number of deaths from the Spanish flu was so high. They found removing the mask and getting direct sunlight (Vitamin D) was the ideal defense. Same as today, high levels of Vitamin D, C, zinc, and quercetin, and you can even drink lemon teas and not concern yourself with getting THIS virus. There has noT been one case anywhere of hospitalization of any person with a Vitamin D level of 40 or higher. As we all know, this is a total scamdemic. If able to get 15-30 minutes of good sunlight in midday that vitamin D is produced in your body by the next day. If sunlight is not available several times a week it does take @3 months for your body to ingest enough Vit D supplements to raise to a successful level. Now, I have zero affiliation with Infowars, but their product Winter Sun is Vitamin D with K3 and it is absorbed quickly and you get a fast response. All I can say is my entire family, 4 adults, 6 children have used it daily and are among a lot of people who wear and don't wear masks, of which we wear none, and none of us have had any issue in the 10 months this scam has been thrust upon us.
