Was in my local Aldi's yesterday because big chain stores(Walmart and Kroger's) are requiring masks, but Aldi's doesn't say anything. Others know that and go there w/o masks also. Yesterday I went in the store and some guy was yelling at another "no-masker". Said he was gonna "drag every last SOB out of the store by their hair" that didn't have a mask on. Before I could do anything, my girlfriend walked rapidly towards him and said "start with me". She tells him that she will have in on the floor in an armbar so fast he won't know what hit him. I come walking up with a big grin on my face, proud of her. He says "what you smiling about"? I say I'm just getting my phone ready to record her kicking your ass when you touch her. You will be famous on the internet within a matter of a few hours. He pushed his cart away and walked of of the store cussing at us.

Illinois here. Krogers wasn't until about a month ago when our Dem governor pushed us back a tier.

Restaurants aren't supposed to be open for indoor dining here either, but some said fuck it and stayed open.

Make it three... I have yet to wear a mask, and don't plan on starting now. And, while I don't seek confrontation, and simply wish to transact business as per normal, I do not avoid it either. My patience for these faux "law' directives are unconstitutional as expressed and enforced. And taking guidance by them is illegal, and an afront to liberty.

Ps-ps-psyops!

I wonder if that clown Faux-ci went on television and said: "okay, everyone, I am an idiot and lied to you, masks don't really work, ever", if people would refuse taking the face diaper off because they're now conditioned to it? Businesses are brainwashed as well.

I don't know where you live, but I'm in VA with Gov Coon Man and strict rules etc and no one has even given me an odd look. I was once offered a mask but a pleasant worker who clearly had that job and I said no thanks, just as pleasantly. This has been a real-world test of social engineering and most people have failed--there are some who are forced to as conditions of employment, but plenty of people don't have that pressure. Or any pressure, other than what they put upon themselves. We will never be told "Stop wearing masks" -- we have to do it ourselves. And you're right--they don't fight back. No store, especially a chain, is going to risk a legal or other battle over masks. There's no legal justification for masks.

In the Seattle area they go apeshit, but this area is full of power hungry Karens that will do anything for attention.
