Well now. I would love to fill out that form. I would be watching all my public officials, elected and unelected for violations. Of all kinds. Once you have a large pile of paperwork showing those in power are not treated equally to those not in power (turned in by snitch leftists), you have a lawsuit.
Heck, I am out here in AZ, and I already have a long list of officials disobeying their own unlawful edicts, including our mayor. And disobeying our Governor's unlawful edicts in creating their own.
Such forms (and sometime the bullshit they are designed to enforce) tend to disappear fast when properly applied.
