Menards is the only place I've been followed and told to leave. I didn't have time to hang around so I am going back and next time I will politely require them to call the police and have me trespassed as I will need the paperwork for lawsuit for violating the Americans with disabilities act. I can not wear a mask due to medical issues and HIPPA makes it illegal to require info on Citizens medical conditions.

Looking more to create A class action suit. I think that is the term, having hundreds of people do the same and enjoining the lawsuit. If thousands could be gathered, Could we sue the health department?

Lawyer here. The problem with these types of "orchestrated" cases is that you may unintentionally create a type of Plessy v. Ferguson precedent. So perhaps don't do this, because you don't know what the result will be.
