I work for a state Department of Health, and I work in particular with Disease Prevention Services. I am appalled by how a substantial proportion of states have addressed the coronavirus pandemic. They have completely decimated communities for a virus that kills people who are immunocompromised, prisoners, and people who are 65+ (75+ is the most susceptible). The public health professionals who thought it was a great idea to destroy the economy for this virus needs to lose all of their credibility. I live in a state where we never did a shut down. Our unemployment rate is fantastic, our economy is prospering. Radical leftists who have destroyed their states are visiting ours. Honestly I don't even want them here. End rant.
