Going just by the photo I would say there was a high velocity detonation- not LP, black powder, fertilizer or petroleum based- between approximately 2-5' above ground level, approximately between the two men but likely across the street out of frame, nearer the man in the foreground. I doubt it, but I would want to check for a secondary detonation towards the right side of the photo. I would look for a higher elevation for the secondary. Note the weeping wounds on the still standing tree, direction of collapse in the building on the left, and location of debris.
It looks like c4 was set at 3 individual points and timed to go off simultaneously. Like a claymore has its direction to be placed facing away from you, that is what this blast looks like (imo). An audio expert may be able to do a forensic audit on the sound to determine that.
We can see the cars explode, likely the same way Harrison Deal's did. Who owns those cars I wonder? Did they select them at random, were they placed there?

I would have expected the buildings to free fall and be completely leveled. Isn’t that what they always do?
