The ones in my department don't make tic toc videos cuz we are short staffed and management keeps trying to give us illegal patient loads. State already said 7 was unsafe, but they give us 7, then they tried giving me an 8th, then they said a charge nurse would be training a nurse while having a team of 6 and the new nurse would have a team of 3, so that's be 9 patients under that nurses license which is illegal yet management keeps trying crud like that. Yes I am burned out and frustrated but can't get out due to upcoming surgeries I'm in desperate need of.

Some nurses suck, some don't. The tic toc nurses need to be fired, but it's not right to just group all nurses as being idiotic fairies making stupid dance videos all the time.

Ps. I don't belong to any nursing unions cuz they are all liberal freak shows.

Stop with the hateful attitude please. We are all supposed to be friends here. All you see of people is a little comment and you make a judgement about their entire existence, but what you don't get is the full story about what that person believes or does with their life. People are alot more dynamic than what you see with a comment on here.

We are all super tense and on edge with getting screwed over by the GOP and police and the government, and we need to be careful not to turn on actual allies.
