Hello everyone. I'm from Trinidad & Tobago and I have a question. Why are GOP members backstabbing Trump? Surely they know that they are shooting themselves in leg? If Trump goes. So does 80+ million. The GOP would be dead. Surely they realize this?

It is because most of US politics is “reality TV”. Do you ever watch “survivor” or “the bachelor” it’s not real, they follow a plan, a loose script, (even if every word isn’t written down). US politics is the same, just with ugly actors that get very rich from their performances. Sometimes the GOP win, sometimes the Dems, but it’s scripted and planned and keeps those that pay attention entertained and pacified.
