The other part of it is that they simply want western civilization to commit suicide. Nuclear power is without CO2, why is it not an option? Especially after the decades of research that has made it extremely safe for new builds? The only options they demand we pursue are proven failures that cannot run a first world economy. They will not let us mine for the minerals that are required to build their solutions. Why?
