devils advocate, this could just be at like 3 am and most patients are sleeping and the lights in their rooms are off. But having worked in a hospital myself for many night shifts, at least a handful should still be on (unless those are offices). The waiting room is rarely empty like that at night also, especially in the dead of winter.
This video is so great! Went to the hospital recently to visit and it was all calm and peaceful, with lots of empty rooms too.
notice almost all of the lights are off in the building too. the 'no visitors' sign was a nice ,cruel,sadistic touch. fuck em.
