But I'd point this out, since the governors of these swing states are guilty of the "relaxing" local election laws without legislatures' consent which directly resulted in massive frauds, why do they get to be the tiebreakers? If the two chambers can't reach to an agreement, those votes should be thrown out, and the governors to be blamed for the disenfranchisement of the voters in their states.
