Give credit where credit is due. They put the full full force into solving a garage door pull rope and that took like a full week. Some cases are harder than others so a bomb that obliterated the containment vehicle and surrounding buildings should be a walk in the park.
They had it solved in half that time. They had 2 things in their advantage, tips about the RV, and the fact that vehicle VIN was at the blast site. Tissue they were finding was immediately collected and likely sent to a lab. That lab can have DNA results fast, especially when matching to a known specimen (family and DNA at his house).
What they haven't released yet is what his digital cookie crumbs point to. I've yet to see any family or friends interviewed which is odd. Nobody died, shit just blew up. Why we're not hearing from those who know him beats me. They'd easily make $20k + giving an interview.
