Is there any base print news sites? I can read Japanese well enough to read the news, but I can't understand Japanese very well if spoken (I'm autistic and even have some problems with spoken English). I also still have trouble formulating my own sentences. I taught myself to read Japanese so that I could read manga, especially Naruto. Once I got good enough, I started to read NHK News, but they have gone so far left, I have stopped reading anything but science news. Too much is about 新型コロナウイルス. I want to get back to my reading practice, but I don't want to get angry with every article I read.

Daily Yomiuri Shinbun is the giant mainstream right wing newspaper. It’s like their Epoch Times.

Sankei is also pretty large, and is more nationalist https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sankei_Shimbun
