Fucking bullshit. You all need an amendment to your constitution NOW eliminating all state income taxes AND an accompanying amendment requiring a 3/4 vote in each house to place a question on the ballot if they ever consider the income tax. Dammit, these damn commies are going to destroy Arizona.
