I'm also confused. I heard about the vote coming tomorrow to increase the direct payments. My concern is that he actually signed this bullshit bill which gave billions away to foreign countries for stupid shit.
I think he signed it but there are things that the house and senate will vote on. The video of the last bill talking about all the wasteful spending had a lot of views. He's basically telling them to cut out the pork and if they don't listen to him the public will know the senate and house don't have our best interest.
