I read a theory that Trump is putting the republican rhinos on the spot for not backing him for the stimulus, then they lose Georgia elections, making 50/50 seats. Leaving tie breaker to vice president...and ultimately forcing them to back him for re election to avoid losing power to dems? True or nah?

Congress is "requested" to have a vote on those items, which they won't. Even if they did they won't vote yes on them anyway
