Does it mean Trump just totally fucked himself over or does he have secret plans to go full scorched earth on them?

He's dealt with these bastards for years. There's no way he is putting 100% of his reliance on them without backup plans he wouldn't broadcast about.... I would hope... still rather nervous about this move.
