His back is against the wall at this point. Congress was already useless to begin with and now that cocaine Mitch turned on him he’s practically on his own in Washington. Congress isn’t gonna change shit about the bill and I’m sure Trump is smart enough to know this, but at least it puts the spotlight on these subjects and forces some conversation about it. There wasn’t much he could do anyway considering the bill was Veto-proof, so I guess it’s better then nothing?
