He did but also implemented the “impoundment control act of 1974” essentially putting the ball back into congress’ court to amend the 600 to 200, repeal section 230 and something else super important. Fuck, I forgot but he did sign it, but congress has to amend these 3 things. I don’t know if there are knives to their throats yet though.
