They've set up this bill as covid relief, and he's turned the trap around on them; they wanted to make it seem he was anti relief, but he's signed it with revisions and bounced it back to them, so if they don't vote for it, they're the anti relief.

I also just realized he extended the pocket veto date having signed it. I don't know if they can get 2/3rds majority and pass it that way though, as if this is a veto for today.
