How TF is this allowed to happen. I had a friend in ROTC that had dual citizenship (US/AUS) and was forced to denounce his AUS citizenship before commissioning. Why is that not a thing to hold public office?!?!
well that’s simple Billy when we have a rule of law that no one follows and courts that won’t enforce it, they don’t have to worry about it.
Also these are Technically “Relocation/Immigration” Visa Holders, the next step after the decide to move there at any second for realsy would be an expedited “naturalization” within their new home-country.
