Unless Soros is writing checks, there will be very little "berserk" because AntiFart and BLM are coin operated. The moment they have to riot for free, most will stay home. Sure, the true believers will run outside and screech, but even the blue city mayors are done with them...until the next election. They are nothing but pawns.
