Maybe he needs the federal government funded for something he's planning in the next couple weeks...
Haven't seen anyone mention this yet. A government shutdown would ensue tomorrow had he not signed the relief bill today.

I was wondering the same thing. I assume he’d have to have govt in session for anything that qualifies as something habbening to be habbening. 🤷🏼♀️
