If the bill was passed with a veto-proof majority, just veto-ing would do jack, and that would be stupid. So Trump, even though appearantly stuck, said no, and sent that crap back to them to fail on again. Masterfull! The Dims and spineless Rinos own it.

Congress still has to fix what trump wants removed and amended. They won’t push it through now because he wants section 230 repealed or heavily amended
