President Trump signed the Covid relief bill that most of us hate and find 'rino-riffic and 'swamp-like.' And it is. But hold on Patriots—Trump invoked the Impoundment Control Act of 1974 while signing the COVID bill, allowing him to redline areas that must be addressed.
This sends it back to Congress forcing them to 1) repeal 230, 2) cut out the wasteful spending, 3) add $2k. This is a virtually unknown law and has taken Congress by surprise.
BECAUSE YOUR CONGRESS DOESN'T DO THEIR HOMEWORK. BUT YOUR PRESIDENT DOES!!
Now, the Senate will start the process that increases checks to $2k, repeals Section 230, starts an investigation into voter fraud, per President Trump's redlines under the Impoundment Control Act of 1974 (which Nixon signed). Trump's using dusty, old laws still on the books. RINOS and Dems are fit to be tied I'm hearing. This is Our President!
Trump's signature finalized the bill. Rescission simply asks Congress to vote on the line items, that's it. There is no delay. Congress can even choose to ignore the rescission. But if they do choose to vote and it fails, and it will fail tomorrow due to how strongly bi-partisan the bill was, then the bill stays as is, because again, it has already been signed and approved by the President.
I will sign the Omnibus and Covid package with a strong message that makes clear to Congress that wasteful items need to be removed. I will send back to Congress a redlined version, item by item, accompanied by the formal rescission request to Congress insisting that those funds be removed from the bill.
We all know this is not going to happen. This is the pass it to see what is in it all over again. Just like Reagans Amnesty and Hughe's Amendment.
By doing this it puts the ball back in the Congress court and takes away more of the current terms precious time, this is the next best thing next to a line item veto, which I wish was still the law. The lefties are now heading to their cry closets to try and understand what just happened. 🤣😆🤣😆🤣
I know what you’re thinking—how could he?!?
BUT WAIT:
