Instead, we're giving liberal institutions that aren't even open for business billions of our dollars for no reason, we're funding fucking gender education in foreign countries, and we're handing out cash to other countries just because... all in exchange for the vague promise to "review" Section 230 and "take a look" at election fraud.

The recissions let's him impound funding for up to 45 Congressional days. The National Emergency Act let's him redirect the funds wherever he sees fit.
He made a deal to increase it to $2000 when he signed the bill. That's unrelated to how the president can use money allocated in an omnibus bill for anything he wants during a national emergency.

Declas of EVERYTHING (more than fraud) will keep Trump in office, and allow all the traitors to be removed and remanded for military tribunals, so they won't be able to vote.
