Just like Canada, every other country's bill of rights has "exceptions" that allow them to be suspended whenever the government chooses. No other country has rights like Americans do. They just have temporary privileges waiting for a dictator to take them away.
Of course, democrats and judges are acting like rights are privileges anyway. It's going to take bloodshed to get those rights back no matter which country you live in.
