Scapegoat? That implies they aren’t guilty of anything...

The Chinese are at war with the USA. Chemical attacks (fentanyl), economic attacks (IP theft, currency manipulation, etc), biological attacks (SARS-CoV-2), political attacks (AntiFa/BLM, election fraud).

Can’t ignore these attacks forever.
