I do not trust Mark Meadows. Is it just me? Do others see what I see? I had a real problem with him going out to the reporters the night DJT went to Walter Reid with Covid. The doctors were giving an optimistic report, but Meadows was telling the reporters a different story -- that the President was much sicker than reported.

I heard an interesting take on this. What if she ends up being Special Counsel, and this is to preemptively show that she has had no contact with Trump. Goes along with the earlier distancing between her legal battles and those of the Trump Team.

This would give her the ability (as Special Counsel) to say "Trump hasn't given me any orders, I'm doing this because IT'S THE LAW."
