He just made a request that they do it though, there is no teeth behind what he said. Congress could wipe their ass with it for all they care.

But I think they have to wait 45 days for it to default that it's passed, or they have to start voting on the line-items now. I think that's how it goes. If they all want to sit on their asses for 45 days, that'll look very bad.
