Kind of a dumb meme... You don't need Trump to do this so you can "know who wants each part of the pork bill"... THEY ALL WANT IT. Just assume 100% of them are corrupt and garbage people. The only ones you don't have to wonder about are people like Rand Paul (like his father).

Don't even look at the bill next time, just assume 80% voted for unlimited BS.

Easy.
