I gathered. They typically work in maternity wards alongside the "TikTok Dance Stars". Not saying they deserve the money more than anybody else, but, there is a little more to it than what you described. If my wife hadn't used one with our first son, he would have been on formula by week 2. It helps women figure out how to take care of their babies so they have the best chance to develop correctly and don't become burdens on the state.
