Looks like it was recorded from a Television Screen which can add glare to the video. Plus it is recorded at an angle so a lot of the left side is blocked by buildings.

Looks like fire coming from underground maybe through a manhole... I've heard some people mention that the servers in that building would have been in an underground vault requiring some type of bunker busting missile... if you watch the video that shows the smoke trail of the missle there's a significant delay from when the smoke trail disappears to when the explosion appears... just my theory
