To be fair, her boyfriend at the time was protecting her. He followed all the laws to own his gun. The problem actually was the cops thought he was her ex boyfriend. He was protecting her. Neither are at fault in this situation/ He shot at the cops first. And not everyone died. Its a sad sad story. Cops shouldn't invade. Ever. But they had a no knock warrent and then preceded to knock first. They did the correct first choice.
