If this guy is even a real person or actually involved, couldn’t the FBI just fake his death? Scratch his record, plant some hair at the scene, call it a day? They get a fall guy, old man rivers gets a new life and maybe some cash.

I don’t know what’s what anymore but I do know FBI can’t be trusted, we’re in a war with China and it’s an election year. I trust nothing!
