MOST of them don't. They hate the latest outpouring of 'Hero' worship but management is buying it hook line and sinker. They just want to do their jobs and go home at the end of the long shift. Most of these videos are by management.
Not to say there aren't some pieces of shit out there buying this garbage, but most have no choice when already understaffed workers are called together for a stupid meme.
This. The majority of people I work with are skeptical as fuck about everything, hate working in PPE hell, and the hospitals is struggling to convince them to take the vaccine voluntarily.
Sure, there are some sheep, but most Health Care Workers:
Health Care Workers: Can we do our jobs? Even though we're historically empty, your decision to understaff and over regulate us lately is very hard on us.
Managers: No, you must dance on tik tok and pose for social media with signs or we'll lay you off.
Source: I have several health care workers in my family who are trying to keep their head down and do what they're told.
My daughter has been exposed to active Covid cases four times in the past three weeks. Three were patient cases and the fourth was a staff member. She attributed the sudden upswing to a post Thanksgiving celebration exposure (they are presuming people became lax during the holiday).
She said they're bracing for another possible post Christmas holiday surge. So Covid is still "out there". It just appears to get worse after large gatherings.
I don't think she will get it. She loads up on Vitamin D and Zinc and has this boilable N-95 spaceage looking mask. I don't know where she obtained that. She alcohol swabs the hell out of everything she touches.
She said she's been coughed on and sneezed on by these people but hasn't caught it yet.
She thinks, a long time ago before Covid was a "known thing" she might have had something. She remembers a week of really bad congestion that was way worse than her usual seasonal allergies. But she chalked it up to a "bad season" for them at the time and Covid came out strong a few weeks later in the news. She hasn't bothered to get tested because they are not reliable.
But she still takes extreme precautions because her patient population is particularly delicate due to their condition and more prone toward getting Covid.
The ‘front line’ went to their heads. They think they’re actually heros helping people with a strong strain of the common flu.

Then SAY SOMETHING. THE PROPAGANDA IS HELPING TO DESTROY THE COUNTRY. Worried about jobs? Good! Join the club.

Then speak up! Otherwise ... complicit.
I don't know what to think about this.

They haven't been doing any dancing at her place.
