It's not about color or race. If blacks were 80% of the population and whites were 15%, they'd call blacks racist and we'd have the opposite of what is happening now.

South Africa is 80 % black or more but Blacks still have diversity programs and behave similarly to blacks in America. The constitution is useless if the people it was created for, doesn't exist in the country. Our constitution comes from western traditions and origins; a non-white majority would discard them because they are not connected to it.
