Once the President signs a bill - it becomes a law - there is no further vote that needs to happen. Now if a President VETOS a bill, they get to vote to override that veto and sometimes an overwhelming number of Senators will choose to do so, but when that happens, it is those Senators that should be held responsible for the outcome of that law. If the President signs a shitty bill and asks them to change it after the fact with new laws, the President should be held responsible for signing the shitty bill into law.
Stop trying to spin it, Trump signed a shitty bill that had no public support from the citizenry and was actually getting cross aisle support because Congress critters advised him they would try real hard to change the bill after it becomes law by passing new laws that they won't actually get passed.
