I’m a nurse and, if I had to guess, it’s someone in “nurse leadership” (management) or HR or some level of bureaucracy who thought it would be “good for morale” or “team building” or some motivational bullshit. If the dancers are nurses they’re management, administrators and/or union reps who are far removed from bedside nursing, but threw on scrubs just for this. All of the frontline, bedside, critical care nurses I’ve spoken to think this shit is retarded and makes us look really bad.
