Ok, but shouldn't the actual on-staff hospital nurses, doctors and other medical staff be concerned that the public will think that they are fucking around and not doing the job that they are paid and expected to preform, if paid actors are portraying them as "dancing in the hospital hallways"? And if they are hired actors shouldn't they try to hide their totally recognizable faces? In a hospital during a fake pandemic?

There's a lot of hospital shows. I bet there's an unused set somewhere. It isn't necessarily in a real hospital
