If trump won in 2016 with 63M votes and gained 11M votes, it would stand to reason that the 10pm "stop counting" measure was due to the projected gain in votes being off by a lot. The reset was the catalyst for how many votes they needed to inject into the system in order to have Biden win in each state (4am dump). Prove me wrong.
