After scandals over shoddy public infrastructure due to corrupt and incompetent builders, the rulers figured out a clever, admittedly brutal way to motivate them: their own wives and children would be tied up next to or under the works as the scaffolding was removed. Afterwards, Roman civil engineering rapidly improved.

Today's experts should be treated similarly: make them demonstrate their faith by offering their own family members to submit publicly to vaccination. Anyone who chickens out must explain why to the people.
