No I personally cannot verify his security clearance or position at any secretive intelligence agencies, but neither can you or anyone else outside said intelligence agency. He was involved with many agencies but nobody can confirm his "ties" or positions, and he was supposedly much higher up than this Kenneth Koch. His boss seems to corroborate his general story and an exec associate of a major Koch Brothers SBU also says he had clearance and worked with intelligence community.
Look either way I simply disagree that its "easy to prove" ties to intelligence agencies, i would argue thats absolutely false especially if they dont want to risk leakers. With that being said many also work as contractees meaning "ties" is all he has as a FOIA wouldn't even name the private outside contractor involved in an operation.
Its not unfair, as they say you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink so no worries... I also am unsure of the legitimacy of the claimant but I dont find it too difficult to believe he could be an outside contractor or work for another government agency with ties to DOD operations. Hopefully we learn more in the weeks to come, happy holidays.
