Decent chance it's the same rv. The thing behind the window on the driver's side is a vent for the range hood in the kitchen. The thing I'm not sure about is the 2nd pinstripe along the roofs edge. It might be a shadow. Lots of rvs have a large seem here that acts as a rain gutter as well as a framework to pinch the rubber roof where it meets the fiberglass sidewalls - and that could be a shadow that wouldn't be visible in the low light of the other photo. I've seen the roof air conditioner highlighted in another photo as well... But I'm not sure what's different about it. That's what roof air conditioners look like.
