Foreign interference in our election qualifies. Our elections are "critical infrastructure".
It may be used anywhere including inside our borders.
All I know is that if this doesn't get resolved I'm not paying taxes any more
The military at this point is a jobs program with only the barest help of defending this country. They're sitting by and allowing Biden to become president, so soon they'll be an arm of the Chinese military.
Because the military protects our borders and not our streets. At least that's supposed to be the purpose.
All threats foreign and domestic is the scope. If the the military budget doesn't cover domestic coups sponsored by foreign actors then it should be deallocated.
