they make a good argument -- these teachers ARE creating hostile environments. If this happens in corporate American they get sued and libs support this -- so teachers and schools should et sued as well

The legal system has been weaponized against political opponents, the way to fight back is to do the same until opponents realize they put themselves in a mutually destructive environment

IMO, this is just attacking the symptom. The problem is that we need the separation of education and state, similar to the way we have the separation of church and state. They have proven, they are simply untrustworthy with our kids.
